AVOCADO CREMA
This is a great base in place of sour cream or mayo, great as a veggie dip, and a perfect compliment to spicy dishes.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Canned coconut milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 medium Lime, juiced
- 1 large Avocado
Instructions
- In a small blender, add avocado flesh, coconut milk, coconut oil, fresh squeezed lime juice, and sea salt and pepper to taste. Blend until creamy. Serve!
