SNACK WRAPS
Ingredients
- 6 lg. Lettuce leaves either romaine or iceberg
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 3 Avocados mashed
- 1/2 med Red onion diced
- 1/2 Chili pepper chpped
- 1/2 bunch coriander or parsley chopped
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Mash avocados with a fork. Add tomatoes, onion, coriander (parsley) and chili. (If you don't like spicy, omit chili)
- Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle with salt over mixture, mix to make a salsa.
- Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
- Spoon mixture onto each leaf. Fold leaf over and secure with a toothpick.
