FAJITAS
Ingredients
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced (leave out for spring)
- 1/2 lb. Beef (roast, steak) sliced
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp, Cumin
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- coconut oil to cook in
Instructions
- Slice beef into 1" strips and cook in skillet with coconut oil until done.
- Add 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil to a second skillet and heat on med-high heat.
- Add onions and cook until translucent (stirring frequently)
- Add in the peppers and tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add in the cooked beef.
- Add the garlic, cumin, chili, salt and pepper. Stir until spices are well blended.
- Serve by itself or with lettuce wraps
