KALE CHIPS
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale washed and dried completely
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- Hot pepper flakes or seasonings of your choice optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1½ inch pieces.
- Toss Kale with olive oil, salt and seasonings of your choice. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 mins.
