LEMONY GREMOLATA
Ingredients
- ¾ bunch fresh parsley finely chopped
- 6-8 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 lemons juiced and grated zest
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Notes
Can be used as a condiment for fish or meat.
Add extra olive oil and pulse in food processor to use as a salad dressing.
