GARLIC HERB ROASTED SALMON
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Salmon Filet Cut into 2 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper optional
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice omit for spring
- 3 dashes Ground black pepper
- Lemon Wedges omit for spring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine oil, garlic, parsley, salt, cayenne, lemon juice, and black pepper together. Stir to combine well
- Arrange salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the garlic herb mixture onto salmon. Coat well on the top and sides of salmon
- Bake for 12 minutes. Dish out and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
Be sure to omit lemon juice for WildFit Spring. Try replacing it with lemon zest.
