Ingredients
  

  • 6 lg. Lettuce leaves either romaine or iceberg
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 3 Avocados mashed
  • 1/2 med Red onion diced
  • 1/2 Chili pepper chpped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander or parsley chopped
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash avocados with a fork. Add tomatoes, onion, coriander (parsley) and chili. (If you don't like spicy, omit chili)
  • Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle with salt over mixture, mix to make a salsa.
  • Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  • Spoon mixture onto each leaf. Fold leaf over and secure with a toothpick.
