either romaine or iceberg

Tomatoes

Avocados
mashed

Red onion
diced

Chili pepper
chpped

bunch
coriander or parsley
chopped

Lemon
juice

Sea Salt
Instructions
Mash avocados with a fork. Add tomatoes, onion, coriander (parsley) and chili. (If you don't like spicy, omit chili)
Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle with salt over mixture, mix to make a salsa.
Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
Spoon mixture onto each leaf. Fold leaf over and secure with a toothpick.
