TZATZIKI SAUCE
This tasty recipe is a dairy free alternative to the traditional greek dish.

cup
Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/3
cup
Home made Mayo
1/2
medium
Cucumber
peeled and finely diced

Tbsp
Lemon juice
1
tsp
garlic
minced

tsp
fresh dill
dash of sea salt and black pepper.
Instructions
In a blender, blend together the entire contents of the canned coconut milk
Next, in a bowl, combine and mix together all of the ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Reminder, if you are having difficulty flipping the switch in spring, replace lemon juice with vinegar but start at half the amount and add to taste.
