GARLIC SHRIMP

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 10 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp shelled, deveined
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over med-low heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently until softened but not browned, about 5 mins.
  • Add the shrimp in a single layer, raise the heat to med-high and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and cayenne
  • Cook until the shrimp turn pink on the bottom, 2-3 mins.
  • Flip and cook until the shrimp are opaque throughout, another 2-3 mins. Serve hot
