FAJITAS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large Tomato sliced (leave out for spring)
  • 1/2 lb. Beef (roast, steak) sliced
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp, Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • coconut oil to cook in

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef into 1" strips and cook in skillet with coconut oil until done.
  • Add 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil to a second skillet and heat on med-high heat.
  • Add onions and cook until translucent (stirring frequently)
  • Add in the peppers and tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  • Add in the cooked beef.
  • Add the garlic, cumin, chili, salt and pepper. Stir until spices are well blended.
  • Serve by itself or with lettuce wraps
