sliced (leave out for spring)

Beef (roast, steak)
sliced

Chili powder
Salt and Pepper
to taste
coconut oil to cook in
Instructions
Slice beef into 1" strips and cook in skillet with coconut oil until done.
Add 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil to a second skillet and heat on med-high heat.
Add onions and cook until translucent (stirring frequently)
Add in the peppers and tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
Add in the cooked beef.
Add the garlic, cumin, chili, salt and pepper. Stir until spices are well blended.
Serve by itself or with lettuce wraps
