KALE CHIPS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Kale washed and dried completely
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Hot pepper flakes or seasonings of your choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275°F.
  • Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1½ inch pieces.
  • Toss Kale with olive oil, salt and seasonings of your choice. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 mins.
