Ingredients

Kale
washed and dried completely

Tbsp.
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
to taste
Hot pepper flakes or seasonings of your choice
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1½ inch pieces.
Toss Kale with olive oil, salt and seasonings of your choice. Place on baking sheet.
Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 mins.
