Eggs
1 for each wrap
Optional fillings
Turkey, avocado, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms
Optional seasonings
salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, basil, oregano etc
Olive oil
to coat pan
Instructions
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Grease with oil.
In a bowl, crack one egg and mix well with fork.
Pour into the hot pan and tilt pan to spread the egg into a large circle on bottom of the pan.
Let cook for 30 seconds (sprinkle with seasonings if desired)
Carefully flip with a large spatula and let cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove from pan and repeat with as many eggs as desired.
Let egg wraps cool slightly, top as desired with fillings, roll and serve warm or cold.
