GARLIC SHRIMP
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 10 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp shelled, deveined
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over med-low heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently until softened but not browned, about 5 mins.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer, raise the heat to med-high and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and cayenne
- Cook until the shrimp turn pink on the bottom, 2-3 mins.
- Flip and cook until the shrimp are opaque throughout, another 2-3 mins. Serve hot
