EASY EGG WRAPS

Ingredients
  

  • Eggs 1 for each wrap
  • Optional fillings Turkey, avocado, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms
  • Optional seasonings salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, basil, oregano etc
  • Olive oil to coat pan

Instructions
 

  • Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Grease with oil.
  • In a bowl, crack one egg and mix well with fork.
  • Pour into the hot pan and tilt pan to spread the egg into a large circle on bottom of the pan.
  • Let cook for 30 seconds (sprinkle with seasonings if desired)
  • Carefully flip with a large spatula and let cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove from pan and repeat with as many eggs as desired.
  • Let egg wraps cool slightly, top as desired with fillings, roll and serve warm or cold.
