EASY EGG WRAPS
Ingredients
- Eggs 1 for each wrap
- Optional fillings Turkey, avocado, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms
- Optional seasonings salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, basil, oregano etc
- Olive oil to coat pan
Instructions
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Grease with oil.
- In a bowl, crack one egg and mix well with fork.
- Pour into the hot pan and tilt pan to spread the egg into a large circle on bottom of the pan.
- Let cook for 30 seconds (sprinkle with seasonings if desired)
- Carefully flip with a large spatula and let cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from pan and repeat with as many eggs as desired.
- Let egg wraps cool slightly, top as desired with fillings, roll and serve warm or cold.
