Here you will find answers to the most common questions I receive from prospective clients.

Can my family participate too?
Yes. You are welcome to include family members in the WildFit portion of the program as long as they are living in the same household. For some programs, however, only the person registered will receive the benefit of additional one-on-one coaching or access to certain assessment tools where additional costs are involved. This can be addressed in more detail during our discovery call.
What if I can't attend all the live coaching sessions?
Each of the live coaching sessions is recorded and made available to you in the private Facebook group. You will never miss a thing?
Is there anything else I will need?
Unlike many programs, you are not required to purchase proprietary food products and supplements, or membership plans. You will, however, need access to a blender.
Do you have to live in Sault Ste. Marie to participate?
No. Because the program is delivered entirely online, people can participate from anywhere in the world.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If after completing 80% of the program you are not 100% satisfied with the value you have received, your money will be returned in full. Note: this does not apply to my private one-on-one private coaching program.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I provide the option to pay in full or in 4 installments for $30 extra.

Get Clear On Your 'Why'

Before getting started, it’s important to get clear on two things. What do you hope to accomplish in the program, and why is it important to you. What is your ‘why’?
I felt very fortunate that I came upon the WildFit 90 day challenge. In my 20s 30s and even 40s I was very in tuned with my health and my food choices. But something happened when I turned 50, my body changed and what I was doing in the past was no longer working. I began to gain weight and felt very sluggish. But the worse part was that I felt it was a losing battle and began to give up.

I reached out to Lou Derrer and immediately signed my husband and I up for his August challenge. From start to finish I was a different person. I finally felt free of food choices and in total control of my health.

BEST DECISION EVER! My husband lost weight and became Lou’s second client to get off the diabetic medications! A miracle indeed!!!! I just finished Lou’s most recent Wildfit program (running from late Jan. to late April); I felt the program was very beneficial. I released 22 pounds(look and feel a lot better), lowered my blood pressure significantly, I sleep more soundly throughout the night, I don’t experience “brain fog” anymore, I’m calmer overall and perhaps most important, I feel more in control of what I eat and why. 2020 has been a wild year in so many ways!! I’m healthier, happier and thinner than 20 years ago!!

It has been a pleasure going through the WildFit program with you as my mentor.  It was my goal to reduce and ultimately eliminate my diabetic medication and I am well on my way to doing that.  I also wanted to lose weight and wanted to eliminate my back pain.  I lost 25 pounds and my back no longer bothers me and I have much more energy.

You and the WildFit program have given me a new lease on living a longer and healthier lifestyle.  The WildFit program gradually changed the way I look and feel about food and has shown me how to eat more vegetables and protein and less carbohydrates.  I no longer crave sweets and have reduced my sugar intake which is remarkable.  I never thought that I could go without pasta, breads, crackers, etc.  especially since I am of Italian heritage but the program really works and I am amazed at how great I feel.

The main reason I joined the program was to increase my energy.  Before Wildfit, I was tired all of the time, and had very little energy.  I had a very busy life; being a mother of 3 kids (two in sports), working full-time, and taking a night class at Algoma U.   I felt that I had to push myself to get through the day.  Now, I can say that my energy level has increased.  Also, I used to take antacids daily, and now I no longer have heartburn.  Wildfit has definitely improved my life!
